Southampton: M271 to close for two nights for resurfacing

The M271 will be closed southbound from the Nursling Interchange to Redbridge Roundabout as resurfacing works are completed.

The road will be closed on March 23 and 24 between 10pm and 6am both nights.

This is to make way for the completion of the resurfacing. 

The southbound entry slip at Nursling Interchange will also be closed.

Drivers will be diverted via the M27 westbound to junction two and follow the A326 and A35 Totton Bypass to join at Redbridge.
